We are Martin and Sue Leake, a hard working couple who do not get as much time to go on holiday as we would like. We were first persuaded to visit Florida by our children who were keen to visit Disney World. We soon discovered that there was much more to the area.

Our holiday in a private villa proved so relaxing and enjoyable that we decided to buy our own home to use whenever we get the chance to vist Florida. We now offer our home for other holiday makers to rent.
